In the name of God the Clement, the merciful
May God's peace and blessing be upon Mohamed, his closest friends and his companions.

All praises forever belong to God, He who ressuscitate the dead, who can do everything. May God's blessing and peace be upon God's messenger, holy master of all other messengers, upon his close friends and his companions.

This message is from Seydina Issa Laye, son of Seydina Limamu Laye well known for his kindness and nobleness, and it is addressed to all his companions, men and women without exception, and to all who are either near or far from here.

I greet you. I want you to know that our father Limamu Laye has lived, I mean he has left this world, this dwelling which has an end, and he has gone to the other world, world of truth and eternity. I would have you know that he was exhorting people to answer the call he was making to bring them to God, to a pure religion. He was not calling anybody for himself.

Whoever believes in God and His messenger should serve God and worship Him in purity without associating anything to God. Whoever was following religious observances just because he was seeing my father Limamu Laye could as well stop doing it, for Limamu Laye has left like those who had preceded him. God Almighty has said : "Every living soul will taste death". 

He has said too : Everything existing on earth will come to an end. Only the face of your Lord-possessor of majesty and glory-will remain.

I let you know that Seydina Limamu Laye used to say : I am a Godsend I have received order to transmit and I have transmitted to you only what God has ordered me to do, and which was addressed to you so that you should follow God's commandments and purify your cult wherever you are.

I want you to know that I recommend you nothing else than that. I recommend you to obey God and His messenger. Pray and pay Zakat, fast correctly during the month of Ramadan, pay your due at the end of Ramadan and in time. Call forth constantly and abondantly God's name, at any time.

Meditate upon the wonders of God, such as the creation of heavens, of earth and of what is between them.

Keep silent on everything that doesn't contain good. Turn your eyes away from what God forbids to look at and preserve the different parts of your body from forbidden and hateful deeds.

Be patient, for God Almighty has said : Oh believers, be patient and clement to one another, support one another and fear God so as to be saved.

Accept God's decisions and express your gratefulness to Him for His favours. Avoid being injust in your relations, for God has prohibited injustice and decreed its prohibition among His creatures. Forgive people who are close to you certain mistakes. Be well-intentioned toward those who are not well disposed toward you.

Avoid squabbling and polemizing. Avoid belittling or squandering one another, or doing any deed that God has forbidden His servants from doing. Unite your hearts in goodness, recommend good things and advise against evil. Whoever believes in God and His messenger should take our father Limamu Laye for model and imitate his character and deeds. He should not simply be satisfied with saying that he believes without executing the commandments, for acting this way is condemning oneself to fall from grace.

My father had said : I have not called you to start a battle or the holy war. He had neither knife, sword, spear, nor anything else. He was preaching the battle against the self(one's own passions) which consists in preserving the different parts of one's body against what God has forbidden His servants from doing, and trying to practise religious observances wherever one may be. I too advise nothing else but that to all people, men, women, children, free people and slaves. Whoever follows this commandment and attests its truthfulness wil become righteous.Whoever turns away from it harms only himself. God will pay each soul what it has done. Whoever meets good should praise God and His messenger, and whoever meets evil should hold himself alone responsible for it.

I recommend you constance in righteousness and fear of God Almighty as well as religious observance at any moment. May God turn you righteous.
